to the Maison du Beuvray and Marcel Corneloup Cultural Centre
Set in the spectacular heart of the Morvan Regional Park, a paradise for walkers and cyclists, and within easy reach of the historic Burgundian sites of Bibracte and Autun, we are open all year to host a variety of musical, cultural, sporting and recreational activities, for visiting groups and individuals as well as for our local communities.
Our facilities include spaces for meetings, workshops, courses, rehearsals and leisure activities.
Much of our accommodation can be adapted to your particular requirements but we have, for example, four rooms of 50 to 150 m2 and a spacious auditorium of 280 m2.
Various dispositions and uses are possible, e.g. an empty space, a U-shaped space, a teaching room, a theatre, a space for a reception or a cocktail party…
All our work rooms have an upright piano in situ. In addition we have available a KAWAY quarter grand piano and an excellent and versatile electronic organ Content D2700.
Our auditorium has a first-class acoustic for both music and theatre. The choir of nearby Saint-Léger-sous-Beuvray rehearses there, and the Choeurs du Morvan, drawn from amateur choirs from all over the region, hold intensive sessions there culminating in public performances in the region and beyond.
